Meeting Asciepius
This practice was a fairly interesting for me. I seem to do well with visualization techniques. I picked my friend Abraham whom I've not seen in many years. He was a pretty interesting person who really spoke few words but knew how to put a lot of meaning into them. I really do wish I could take some of his qualities especially unwavering patience.

ReplyDeleteWe all have come across a spiritual teacher in our lives. They are all different in their teaching but they have touched our souls and their spirit lives on in us through their teaching. Each chapter of our lives is filled with these people and they enhance our beings. I am happy that you had met someone who touched you so. My grandpa Kabool did that for me. I was lucky to have his healing spirit around when my life was not so bright. They help to stregthen our souls when we most need it.

ReplyDeleteA person of few words but deep meaning & connection is a rarity in life. It is those who seem to come in our lives but tend not to stay very long as if their purpose is to lace our lives with wisdom. We don't often see it right away but we catch glimpses of it throughout our lives. I am interesting to read more of your continued psychological & spiritual wellness journey.
